Waiver

By participating in the Sage & Autumn Flower Workshop, I release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Sage & Autumn, the partnered location(s), or their employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims resulting in personal injury, accidents, illnesses (including death), or property loss arising from:

• Use of sharp tools, floral supplies, or equipment
• Handling flowers, plants, or materials that may cause allergic reactions
• Consumption of food or beverages provided during the workshop

Indemnification and Hold Harmless

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sage & Autumn, the partnered location(s), and their employees, contractors, volunteers, and agents from any claims, actions, costs, or liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising from my participation.

Severability

If any portion of this waiver is invalid under California law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Photo Release

I authorize Sage & Autumn and partnered location(s) to use my (or my child’s) photo or likeness taken during the workshop for promotional, editorial, social media, or educational purposes without compensation.

Acknowledgment of Understanding

I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this waiver, knowingly giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue.

Parent/Guardian (if under 18)

I am the parent/legal guardian of the above-named minor and agree that my child and I are bound by the terms of this waiver.
